Most recent photo of Mr Barno himself

An unconfirmed photo of JK has exploded onto covers of tabloids across the nation and world. While the location of JK Barno is still undetermined, we now believe to have evidence supporting his being alive and well. May he return soon, and in all his musical glory.
Amen.
Amen.

Responding to the Complaints

We've been receiving hundreds upon thousands of complaints from 'Booth fans around the world that the official Tollbooth Tragedy website is no longer functioning, making it entirely impossible to access the band's famed 2008 EP "Lumbercore Legends." Unfortunately, the site is down and the record is out of print, making any one of its seven magnum opuses remarkably rare and valuable. Those interested in hearing the musical musings of last decade's version of Nick Drake, Tim Buckley and Gandhi combined are advised to either look on eBay (be prepared to shell out as much as $600) or talk to JK Barno himself, currently on a sabbatical "spirit quest" among the snow-capped cliffs of Tibet.

Don't Stop Believing

The perils of band life have taken their toll, if you will, on the band.
It has obviously been a while since any of the band members have posted an entry. In fact it has been about a year. Since then, about no collaboration has taken place. However, the members of The Tollbooth Tragedy are highly motivated individuals and can assure the music world that the thirst for more Tragedy will be quenched.
With the vocals of JK Barno and the continued usage of riffs from other bands, the upcoming projects are sure to soar.

New Tollbooth Tragedy

Taking a break from their usual bleak, foreboding atmosphere, the Tollbooth Tragedy have lightened up on their new single, "Harming". Featuring the relaxed harmonica stylings of renowned Southern musician C. E. Schramm, the track highlights the diversified palette of sounds we can expect from future "Lumbercore Legends" tracks, while giving the hardcore fans what they want. Check it out at the band's official webpage.
